Multi-cuisine, multi-station configurations under YOUR event brand. Deploys indoors or outdoors — ballroom, atrium, suite, training facility, backyard. Athlete-tier proteins, made-to-order, plated presentation, live dietary and allergen accommodation in real time. Scales 25 to 300 guests. Chef stays on the line from setup to breakdown.
