I'm Jeffery Moses, founder and executive chef of Alexander's Bistro, a Houston-based chef-led catering company founded in 2022. The kitchen travels: chef-attended stations and chef-cooked meals, set up inside your venue, office, training facility, or home.

Private dining — chef-attended stations inside your venue, under your name.
Corporate dining — stations for the office, or the Executive Lunch Drop on a schedule.
Athlete and performance dining — performance-grade proteins and portions for training and game days.
In-home dining — a private chef tasting, cooked at your own table.
Executive dining — the Executive Dinner Series, a seated dinner for leadership and their guests.
Wellness dining — menus written to a medical or dietary protocol.
Team dining — recurring meals for a roster, a staff, or a crew.
HOW IT WORKS
1 · Tell us the room.
Date, headcount, venue, and who is eating. Call or text (832) 987-3128, or email abinfo@alexandersbistro.org.
2 · The menu is built for you.
Written for your guests and your room. You sign off before service.
3 · A 50% deposit holds the date.
Paid by secure pay link. Balance is due 3 days before.
STANDARDS
Food safety. ServSafe Manager certified, active through April 2029.
Allergens and diets. Allergens, religious restrictions, and sports or medical dietary protocols are handled live at the station, not just on the printed menu.
Proteins. Performance-grade proteins as standard. Halal proteins available on request.
Insurance. General liability insured. Certificate of insurance available on request.
