WHAT EACH TIER FEEDS YOUR GUESTS

SINGLE STATION — $85/guest
2-hour service, unlimited return to the line. One chef-attended station built on our 6 x 6 x 6 framework: six proteins/fillings, six toppings/companions, six sauces. Includes a complementary seasonal salad and accompaniment, eco-friendly disposable service, and non-alcoholic beverage station. Average build per guest: one full entree plate plus side; refills welcomed across the window.

3-STATION EVENT — $135/guest
2-3 hour service, three chef-attended lines. Guests cycle all three stations — protein, starch, and vegetable architecture covered. Includes seasonal salad bar, market fruit, dessert station, and non-alcoholic beverages. Expect 2-3 plates per guest across the event. Most-booked combination: breakfast + lunch + dessert, or omelette + taco + pasta.

PREMIUM 5-STATION EVENT — $185/guest
2-3 hour service, 5+ stations, multi-chef line. Begins with passed amuse-bouche on arrival. Includes charcuterie + cheese display, raw-bar option (oysters, ceviche, or crudo), 4 hot stations of your choice, and a chef-attended dessert station. Full beverage service. Scales 50-300 guests with multi-chef team on-site.

PRIVATE CHEF IN-HOME — $275/guest
4-course plated dinner, 4-guest minimum, chef on-site 4-5 hours. Amuse-bouche, appetizer, main course, dessert — built around your guests’ preferences and any dietary restrictions. Includes full shopping, prep, cooking, plating, in-home service, and complete kitchen cleanup. Your kitchen, our chef. Wine pairings can be sourced and served on request.

EXECUTIVE DINNER SERIES — $485/seat
6-course seated tasting menu, 10 seats max, 3-4 hour experience. Plated amuse, two starters, palate-cleansing intermezzo, signature main, plated dessert, and mignardise. Chef-led table presentation, full china and stemware, two chefs on-site. Sommelier-paired wine flight available as add-on. Built for board dinners, anniversary nights, milestone celebrations.

DAILY PERFORMANCE PROGRAM — Custom
Recurring multi-day or multi-week contract. Breakfast and lunch rotation, snack programming, and dietary periodization built around your team or organization’s calendar. Same operating model we run for our daily professional client. Pricing quoted per engagement on volume, frequency, days of service, and venue.

All food, chef labor, prep, transport to venue, on-site service team, station equipment, and eco-friendly disposables where applicable.

AVAILABLE AS ADD-ONS
China and stemware upgrade, full bar service, sommelier and wine flight, custom branded station signage, extended service window, additional courses or stations, dedicated plate-up staff.

NOT INCLUDED
Alcohol procurement (unless quoted separately), venue rental, gratuity. All listed pricing is single-number all-inclusive — what you see is what you pay per guest.

VENUE MUST PROVIDE
Clean running hot and cold potable water within working proximity to the service area · functioning plumbing for sanitization and equipment cleaning · restroom access for the chef team throughout setup, service, and breakdown · designated refuse and grease disposal · adequate electrical power for station equipment (120V/15A standard, additional circuits quoted on intake). Outdoor events require a covered or climate-protected setup zone. These are health-code and ServSafe operating requirements — not negotiable.

TERMS
15% deposit at booking confirmation · Net-30 on remainder · Cancellations 14+ days before service: full deposit refund · 8-13 days before service: 50% deposit refund · Inside 7 days (active ramp-up window): non-refundable due to procurement and labor commitments already in motion.
