Pop-up stations set up on your site and cooked to order: omelette, pasta, taco, panini, build-your-own bowl, or a custom theme like Mediterranean, BBQ, or Asian street food. Real ingredients, no pre-trayed food. One station, three, or five-plus, and the price per guest covers everything but alcohol and venue.
WHAT YOU GET
• Single station: one chef-attended line on our 6 x 6 x 6 build (six proteins, six toppings, six sauces), seasonal salad and water service, 2-hour window with unlimited return to the line.
• Three stations: a dedicated chef per station, 2–3 hour window, plus seasonal salad bar, market fruit, dessert station, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Five-plus stations: passed amuse-bouche on arrival, charcuterie and cheese display, raw bar option built on Gulf seafood, four hot stations of your choice, chef-attended dessert station, and full service staff. Scales to 300 guests.
• Included at every tier: all food, chef labor, prep, transport, on-site service team, station equipment, and eco-friendly disposables.
• Add-ons on request: china and stemware, bar service, sommelier wine flight, branded station signage, extended service window, extra stations.
